TERMS: Minimum crowdfunder tranche to participate is 25,000 USD.
(12 crowdfunder contributors are sought, with a maximum of 30, adjusting for changes in structure)
A) Contributor's tranche is paid back without interest, and is expected to be paid in full 18 months after commissioning the factory.
B) revenue share - 1% of Gross Sales Receipts (per 25,000 USD individual crowdfunder tranche)
i) two revenue streams are shared; domestic (US) and international. Domestic is paid quarterly, international is shared annually
ii) the formula for payment from revenue is proportional to funder's contribution, and the total of both domestic and international revenue, after taxes, and
iii) Revenue Projection is expected to average 15,600 per annum per 25,000 tranche for duration.
C) Pooling Crowdfunding for Charity or Trust:
i) a group of private individuals and/or businesses, some restrictions may apply, can pool their contributions towards the minimum tranche or more, and
ii) Group designates a charity, school, person, or trust as the beneficiary,
and
iii) Group organizes this charity through a website
iv) Group may also designate a micro-credit platform, (Kiva Prefered), as their beneficiary for receipt of revenue shares, and control their lending within.
(an individual participating in Pooled Crowdfunding may expect to have, for each 1000 dollars pooled, 624 USD per year for lending as a microcreditor for 5 years, as per actual performance and revenue share)
